Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift sets that have been opened
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Package the item securely and send it back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve this promptly.
